One of the largest financial firms in the U.S. tasked us with building “digital first” candidate profiles and working with hiring managers to create a tech-forward culture. This led to a multi-year effort to optimize the digital skill-set talent within the organization. Over 30+ technical and marketing candidates were placed in the organization over a 2 year span.
A digital advertising agency needed to penetrate the marketplace and create an employer brand strategy to compete.
